ReplyDeleteBeware of criminal stalker, Matthew Berdyck (aliases Kane, Smith, Jones, ax_axax, Jim Bob, d pantz, and many others) who self-describes as mentally ill and homeless (as well as living the "high life" in a house in Carmel and Hollywood). He is intent on destroying the personal and professional reputation of a well-known victim advocate and author of books about the undetectable homeless, probably the largest number of homeless in America.
Matt insists he is working with famous people in "Hollywood," but isn't -- unless Modern Family writers want to state they employ him as a writer. He has made a few short YouTubes and calls that being a "nationally-known famous filmmaker." He is jealous of successful filmmakers, and even tried to include himself in Wikipedia as a "notable person." He argued with the administrators of Wikipedia and they went so far as to delete his Rejection Page and banned him from entering the site again.
Matt doesn't know how to tell the truth as exemplified by his lifetime of court appearances for "illegal behavior," and ignoring the Emergency Domestic Violence Protective Order provided by OH and WV for an ex girlfriend.
Matt will be in federal court when officials find him since he deliberately remains homeless to avoid arrests. Matt is currently libeling Marjorie Bard by stating she is paid by Monsanto for "ruining his life." (Monsanto paying anyone for being such a "spy"? So ridiculous on the face of it needs no further denial!)
As of April, 2014, Matt has promised "something" to Jody Williams (last name to be checked for spelling) so she would join Matt's lies about Marjorie's nonprofit organization. Matt and Jody insist that the EIN number has been stolen and is used by Bard. Matt has proof Marjorie is the CEO of Women Organized Against Homelessness, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, but will not acknowledge the proof just to malign her reputation. He will be arrested for federal felonies, and Jody is now facing a conspirator charge. She once tried to get Marjorie to sue Matt for her own legal problems with him. This is her way of retaliation for no assistance in suing Matt.
This is the best example of vicious stalking I can think of. Matt begins with cyber attacks and has followed through with physical harm to women who don't do as he says. He has threatened the lives of LinkedIn members and been banned from Reddit and other social media sites -- except for Facebook -- which welcomes criminals as members.
WARNING: Matthew Berdyck is an extremely dangerous Internet predator with a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes. He currently has active arrest warrants in the state of Ohio. Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. He is homeless and collects disability income. His full-time job appears to be unleashing as much devastation and pain to as many people as possible using the Internet.
ReplyDeleteHe has committed many cybercrimes spanning the last decade which include: stalking, harassment, extortion, criminal intimidation, false copyright complaints, death threats, threats of violence, threats to commit acts of terrorism, and has even referred to himself as a "potential mass shooter" who may "snap". There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible. This message serves as a public notice to help prevent further people from being victimized by this evil man.
